KennedyPearce are hiring a recent graduate for an exciting Junior Finance Analyst role support the senior and Head of FP&A. You will play a key role in a well-respected Finance team, who operate at the core of business decision making. This role offers study support, hybrid working and a great team. Key responsibilities: Produce regular financial and KPI reports Analyse monthly P&Ls, investigate variances, and highlight risks/opportunitiesSupport budgeting and forecasting processesProvide commentary on financial resultsPartner with product teams to support decision-making and performanceHandle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requestsIdeal candidate: Early in their finance career (studying or planning ACA/CIMA/ACCA)Graduate with a placement year or upto 1 year in a roleStrong Excel and data analysis skillsCommercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable with large datasetsGood communicator, able to explain complex information clearlyMotivated, eager to learn, and interested in the fitness industry
