Internship Opportunities, Summer 2026 The MRC Biostatistics Unit, one of Europe's leading biostatistics research institutions, is pleased to announce the launch of a Summer Internship Programme for 2026. Under this programme, successful applicants will be employed by the Unit to undertake work which contributes to the Unit's established research portfolio, organised around five research themes: -Biostatistical Machine Learning (BML) -Causal Mechanisms (CM) -Efficient Study Design (ESD) -Precision Medicine (PM) -Population Health (PH) The interns will also learn about career opportunities in developing statistical methods for biomedical applications. These internships are funded by NIHR and might ideally suit 2nd and 3rd year undergraduate students and students having recently graduated in Mathematics, Statistics or a closely related field with a strong quantitative component.
