This role combines customer support with data analysis, offering the opportunity to work closely with product, technology, and customer success teams.You will play a key role in resolving user queries, analysing platform usage, and helping to improve overall client experience through structured insights and feedback.Please note this role is shift patterns (7-3pm, 9-5pm, 12-8pm, 2-10pm, 3-11pm).
