We are hiring an AI & Systems Analyst to work directly with leadership across data, workflows, operational systems, reporting and AI-enabled business processes. This is a quantitative and systems-focused role within a commercial executive search environment. You will work with consultants and leadership to gather, structure and analyse data across the business, improve how information is captured and used internally, and help scale operational processes through automation, AI tools and systems improvement.
