We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate FP&A Analyst to join our Pioneer Graduate Programme. This role offers a strong foundation in commercial finance and a clear pathway to meaningful responsibility from day one. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the business, contributing directly to the insights and analysis that inform key operational and commercial decisions. Early on, you will develop financial models, evaluate product performance, and support strategic initiatives across areas such as pricing, supply chain, and patient access. You will analyze the drivers of performance, translate data into actionable insight, and help shape decisions about future direction.
