JOB OVERVIEW The finance department is an integral part of the business, ensuring the agency is profitable and information is prepared in a timely manner. The Global Finance Assistant role is vital to the effective and profitable operation of the agency, and its importance in running an efficient business cannot be underestimated. As the Global Finance Assistant at BDB, you’ll assist the Global Finance Manager and Global Head of Finance in the day to day running of the accounting function for the Global business – raising sales invoices, input and reconciliation of supplier invoices and bank reconciliations. All with the highest attention to detail and accuracy across all processes. You will take full ownership for your tasks and be proactive in identifying smarter ways to work.
