Business Analyst – Finance Consolidation & Annual Reporting Location: Dublin (preferable) or Reading (Hybrid working) Travel: Regular to Dublin Duration: Initial 6 Months with the view to extend Contract Type: Day Rate (Inside IR35) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the setup of our standalone financial consolidation and annual reporting capability. This role is central to a major organisational separation, making prior de‑merger or separation experience highly valuable. You’ll work across Finance, Technology, and our parent company, carrying out significant requirement gathering, validating existing documentation, and confidently challenging assumptions. A financial‑sector background, strong documentation skills, and an accounting foundation are essential. What You’ll Do Lead requirement gathering across Finance, Group, and TechnologyValidate and refine existing BA documentation across consolidation and reportingAnalyse consolidation, statutory reporting, and IFRS‑driven processesDefine data flows, mappings, integrations, and reconciliation requirementsSupport testing and validate outputs against expected reporting resultsAct as SME for consolidation and re
