Join Network Rail’s Finance Graduate Scheme to develop expertise in management accounting and finance processes across multiple locations. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Engage in business partnering with finance and non-finance teams. Learn principles of finance including management accounting, project accounting, business planning, reporting, and analysis. Assist in producing business cases and understand business policy, regulations, accounting processes, finance systems, reporting, and accounts payable/receivable. Complete mini placements in specialist finance teams in Milton Keynes for the first 4 months. Spend 3 months in Manchester with Accounting Services and Shared Services teams focusing on transactional accounting. Return to Milton Keynes for a six-month corporate placement. Complete CIMA certificate level and begin CIMA professional level studies. In the second year, work in regional offices across England, Scotland, and Wales applying gained experience to add value to business areas.
