THE CHALLENGE We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven data analyst to support our busy Impact and Evaluation team. The role offers the chance to work across a varied technical stack, Python for metrics calculation, Power BI for reporting, and with scope to get hands-on with econometrics and a lakehouse platform (a unified store for structured and unstructured data), in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. Our data analyst will play a critical part in informing the organisation's decision-making process and will support strategic planning and management for impact throughout the Catapult. You will calculate and report on SMART KPIs, contribute to project and programme impact analysis and evaluation studies, and work with various teams to automate KPI calculation and reporting pipelines so that the numbers we report to our funders, senior management, and the board are refreshed reliably.
