We’re hiring an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a leading UK Retail finance team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded FP&A professional with strong experience in forecasting, performance analysis and executive-level reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insight that drives decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Delivering monthly performance analysis across key P&L areasLeading forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting activitiesProviding forward-looking insight on risks, opportunities, and trendsSupporting leadership reporting, QBRs and strategic decision-makingDriving process improvement, automation and cost efficiency initiativesPartnering across Finance and the wider business to influence outcomes Must Haves: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Strong FP&A experience within general insurance
