Join the @one Alliance as a Graduate Site Engineer to support civil, mechanical, or electrical works on water and wastewater infrastructure projects in East Anglia. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist with day-to-day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication About You The company is looking for: A recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline Strong interest in site-based engineering and infrastructure delivery Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills Willingness to travel to various project sites across East Anglia Full UK driving licence (or working towards it) Right to work in the UK by the commencement of employment Benefits Competitive graduate starting salary dependent on experience and ski
